Afghan Parkour Society, a leading network for Parkour teams and activities in Afghanistan, was established by Qudratullah Frotan in February 2019. The goal of this network is to grow and spread the sport among the Afghan youth and to give positive and peaceful messages.
Parkour is a sport that guides young people to a healthy path. In Afghanistan, many young people feel their problems are very big, and they don’t know what to do. Parkour is a tool to help them jump and find confidence.
Parkour exercise can be a powerful tool for peace, because young people find exciting identities and ways to solve their problems with the sports and the freedom of this discipline.
Afghan Parkour Society introduced its first education system at a national workshop on June 21st.
